Do I have to subscribe to My Vape Box?
Whether you want to subscribe or not, it is completely your choice.
You can purchase our e-liquids and any other items as a "one-off purchase" without a monthly subscription.
However, if you do decide to "Subscribe & Save" (our monthly vape subscription service), we'll give you 35% off all e-liquids! So you'll save a wallet full of cash, every single month!
Is it easy to cancel a vape subscription?
You can quickly and easily cancel your vape subscription at any time by:
- logging into your My Vape Box customer account
- clicking "Manage Subscriptions" (beneath "Account Details")
- click "Manage"
- click "Cancel Order"
There are no commitments and you are NEVER locked in, meaning you can cancel at any time.
Are there any start, cancellation or other sneaky extra fees?
Definitely not. You only pay the price for the e-liquids and products we send you. And you can cancel e-liquid subscriptions at any time with no extra fees.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE next working day delivery on all orders £12 or more. Shipping for all orders less than £12 costs £1.80. You can find our more about our e-liquid next day delivery. We can only ship to the UK.
What is your returns policy for e-liquid?
If after ordering you change your mind and decide you no longer want your order for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
What if I'm not in when my vape box is delivered?
No problem! Our boxes are carefully chosen so they fit through all UK standard sized letterboxes. So we'll still be able to deliver your e-liquids even if you're not in.
