Do I have to subscribe to My Vape Box?
No! Whether you want to subscribe or not, it is completely your choice. You can purchase our e-liquids and any other items as a "one-off purchase" without a monthly subscription. However, if you do decide to "Subscribe & Save" (our monthly vape subscription service), we'll give you 33% off all e-liquids.
Is it easy to cancel a vape subscription?
You can quickly and easily cancel your vape subscription at any time by following the step-by-step instructions HERE. There are no commitments and you are NEVER locked in, meaning you can cancel at any time.
Are there any start, cancellation or other hidden fees?
Definitely not. You only pay the price for the e-liquids and products we send you. And you can cancel e-liquid subscriptions at any time with no extra fees.
How much is shipping?
There is a small postage charge of £2.50 for all orders. You can find more information about our e-liquid delivery. Unfortunately we can only ship to addresses in the UK.
What is your returns policy for e-liquids?
If after ordering you change your mind and decide you no longer want your order for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please read our step-by-step guide for returning products here for more information.
What if I'm not in when my vape box is delivered?
No problem! Our boxes are carefully chosen so they fit through all UK standard sized letterboxes. So we'll still be able to deliver your e-liquids even if you're not in.
How do I manage my monthly e-liquid subscription box?
