How do I add new products to my box?
If you want to add new or extra products to your monthly box, follow these steps:
1. Login to your customer account by clicking on the account icon (the head and shoulders) which is in the top right corner of every page. Or click on this link HERE
2. Enter your email address you used to create your My Vape Box account
3. Enter your password (If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link and follow the instructions
4. Click "Log In". After logging in you'll be taken to the checkout
5. Click on "Shop now" and choose which product you'd like to add to your box
6. In the product page select the quantity you want to add, then click on the "Subscribe & Save" option. An extra button will appear saying "Add items to my existing monthly box"
7. Click on "Add items to my existing monthly box"
8. A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm your selection. This box will also let you know if the extra products will change your delivery cost
9. Click "Add"
The selected products have now been added to your box and will be included in all future deliveries.
If you want to add more items, repeat steps 5-9.
