How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription online at any time, just follow these steps:
Before you can manage your monthly box (including cancelling your subscription), you must first activate your customer account. To activate your customer account:
1. Click HERE to get started (this will open a new window).
2. Enter your First Name and Last Name in the boxes provided.
3. Enter your Email in the third box - if you have already placed an order you MUST enter the email address you used when placing your order. This will link your customer account to your existing orders and subscriptions.
4. Enter a New Password - please remember your password as you will need this every time you login to your customer account.
5. Once you have entered your First Name, Last Name, Email, New Password and carefully checked them, click the "Create New Account" button.
6. For security, we will now send you an Activation Email.
7. Go to your email inbox and open the Activation Email - please click the link included to verify your email address and activate your customer account.
Once you have activated your customer account:
8. Click HERE to access your customer account.
9. If you are not already logged in, please login using your Email and Password.
10. Once you have logged in to the "My Account" page, click on the "Manage Subscription" link which is below the Account Details title.
11. Once your subscription Overview has loaded, click "Edit details" which is found below the overview.
12. Click on "Cancel subscription" which is at the bottom of the list of actions.
