How do I change the number of e-liquids I'm getting?
If you are getting too many, or not enough e-liquids, you can easily change the quantity in your monthly box. Just follow these steps:
Before you can manage your monthly box, you must first activate your customer account.
1. To get started, click HERE. (This will open a new window)
2. Login to your customer account using your Email and Password.
3. After logging in you'll be taken to your account.
4. Click on "Manage Subscription" which is just below the Account Details title.
5. Under your subscription overview, click "Edit details".
6. Click on "Swap or remove products from your box".
7. Click on "Change quantity" which is in the top right corner of the "Swap or remove products from your box" option.
8. Update the quantity next to each product in your box.
9. Click "Update quantity".
10. Select your delivery method (if applicable).
11. Click "Save changes".
