I've run out of e-liquid, how do I get my next delivery right now?
If you run out of e-liquid in the middle of the month, you don't need to wait for your next delivery. You can easily bring forward your next order date. Just follow these steps:
1. Login to your customer account by clicking on the account icon (the head and shoulders) in the top right corner of every page. Or click HERE
2. Enter the email address you used to create your My Vape Box account
3. Enter your password (If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link and follow the instructions)
4. Click "Log In". After logging in you'll be taken to the checkout so click on the account icon in the top right corner of the page again. This will take you to your account page
5. Click on "Manage Subscription" which is just below the Account Details title
6. In your subscription overview, click "Change date"
7. Click on the date in the box and a calendar will appear. Select your next order date which suits you
8. Click "Save changes"
If you change the order date to today, your order will be processed in the next 24 hours and will be delivered to you within the next 2-3 working days.
