How do I remove products from my box?
If you would like to remove certain products from your monthly box, you can easily do so at any time. Just follow these steps:
Before you can manage your monthly box, you must first activate your customer account.
1. To get started, click HERE. (This will open a new window)
2. Login to your customer account using your Email and Password.
3. After logging in you'll be taken to your account.
4. Click on "Manage Subscription" which is just below the Account Details title.
5. Under your subscription overview, click "Edit details".
6. Click on "Swap or remove products from your box".
7. Find the flavour you want to remove and click "Remove product".
This will remove all bottles of that flavour from your box. If you want to reduce the quantity follow steps - HERE.
