How do I remove products from my box?

  
If you are going on holiday or don't need next month's delivery for any reason, you can easily skip it. Just follow these steps:
  
1. Login to your customer account by clicking on the account icon (the head and shoulders) in the top right corner of every page. Or click HERE
  
2. Enter the email address you used to create your My Vape Box account
  
3. Enter your password (If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link and follow the instructions)
  
4. Click "Log In". After logging in you'll be taken to the checkout so click on the account icon in the top right corner of the page again. This will take you to your account page
  
5. Click on "Manage Subscription" which is just below the Account Details title
  
6. Under your subscription overview, click "Edit details"
  
7. Click on "Swap or remove products from your box"
  
8. Fine the flavour you want to remove and click "Remove product"
  
This will remove all bottles of that flavour from your box. If you want to reduce the quantity follow steps - HERE.
